I don't have the "Event's TAB" and some other tabs that sometimes get mentioned on the "news" area of the DataDirector... why?

Hi AndyOneTwo...

You have an old version of DataDirector. You can download an upgrade from http://www.paritech.com.au/support/datadirector/download.asp.

If you install the upgrade over the previous version (i.e. do not uninstall), you should maintain all of your existing settings.

The Paritech site lists the DataDirector version as just 1.9. I have version 1.9.2.3. Is this the most recent ??

The Paritech website carries 2 versions of DataDirector, the current Australian version is 1.9.2.3

There is also one for our UK customers as well that is different to the Australian. So please make sure you get the correct one for your country. The only thing that makes them different is the info you get inside of the download screen.
