I am a trend follower and am looling for the pause in the trend.

I am looking for help in writing an exploration formula to find shares where the close is greater than the most recent high close. I can see it on a chart but cannot program it.

I want to find shares which have reached a high in recent times but not within a arbitrary time frame and not necessarialy a 52 week high, which have declined and then started to trend up again to above the that high.

Any comment would be appreciated
