I wanted to say that I am
very pleased with your data down load service. I have
now severed my relationship with Ezycast and I got to
tell you that they were not happy. They don't like
Paritech, but they were trying to operate under a price
umbrella, and I say good on you for offering a
competitive alternative. My downloads are now taking 5
minutes as opposed to 55-65 minutes previously so I am
wrapt. I am probably the only person in Australia that
wants less data from you rather than more, but the only
problem with downloading all the warrant and options
data is that it now takes twice as long to run a
MetaStock exploration. But I would sooner have this and
shorter download times than the other way round. I
thought about the software you suggested, but I would
have to run it after every download so I will live with
the current arrangement. Of course if future
developments allow users to specify only share and index
data than this would be better still, but I really
cannot complain.
Finally I wanted to thank you for the friendly and
encouraging induction into the Paritech system. Your
customer service is exemplary and you are a mile ahead
of the service I received from your competitor over the
past couple of years. So thanks a lot and may all your
future trades be happy ones. |

password for MetaStock intraday downloads. Please
include the wscp as my system is set up for this. I

confirming. I thought you might like some feedback. I
have been to many courses on trading (and paid a lot of
money). The things I like about Paritech include: 1.
Being able to select only the courses that fit one's
stage and experience. 2. Being able to repeat them is
also terrific. 3. Training on the different software. 4.
The fact that Jim Berg gives a complete trading system
is fantastic and I also like Paul's approach to the big
picture. 5. Hands on training. 6. The fact that Jim and
Paul provide the exploration formulas in MetaStock. I
will be utilising more of your services including the
data feed when my current subscription runs out. |
| My data from Paritech is
good. Seamless download and updates folders no problems.
I get after midnight which isn't a hassle as I only
trade about once every two to three weeks. Have been
using Paritech EOD after midnight data for about four
years with complete satisfaction. Have had a few minor
glitches in that time and all have been rectified within
minutes of notifying them of the problem. I can only
recommend them as being a first rate supplier of data. |

feeling better, you sure picked a dramatic day to return
to the office with all the serious action in the USA.
Yes I am enjoying MetaStock and after installation am
now getting stuck in the Training CD and associated
workbook so that at the time of the first Tech Sessions
I have already the hands on experience and am able to
asked better relevant questions to reinforce the
training. While you were sick I have had good support
from John McCluskey and I must say that you Paritech
people are great to deal with. Lets hope we will have a
long and mutually satisfying relationship. |

thanks from me ( new customer switching from OTS -
EzyCast). Loaded all my stock data from my CD OK. Set up
the download software OK. Done a backdated download
without problems. Everything worked fine and and didn't
take long at all. |

| I recently received my
copy of MetaStock V7.02 from Paritech along with their
EOD. Over the last 2 days I have experienced a couple of
teething problems (one mine & one theirs). Both times I
called, my call was answered immediately & followed up
with e-mailed instructions within 10 minutes & finally a
phone call to make sure I had received the instructions
& had rectified the problem. I have found their support
to be fast, effective, polite & helpful. It doesn't get
any better. My thanks to Danny at Paritech North Sydney.

MetaStock now for over a week and have to say it has
exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I am rapt!!
The ease of use and power that is available for
charting, analysis and exploration is superb. I was
concerned that I would still need another outside
program to do certain aspects of my analysis but, at my
level of trading at least, MetaStock is wicked. |

Attention Kristen. Tuesday 6:00 a.m. I noticed there had
been some changes so took time out to read the
instructions and made the adjustment required to re
setup. Had a hiccup because it said I was trying to
download before midnight. I didn't have time to do
anything about it then, and now the problem has gone,
everything is fine. Congratulations on a smooth
transition to an upgraded system - this is the second
time you have upgraded data director without any
problems for the user. I wish the National Bank would
learn how to do that!!! |
