How do I know when my Account Expires?
There are two ways to find out the expiry date of your
data. The easiest is to log onto the
Members Area of this site and access the subscription section.
You can also check your account expiry when you download data. Click
on the "Data Downloaded" tab of the "Download Monitoring" window. There
is a column called "Expiry" that contains the expiry date of each subscription
in the account.

When your subscription is due for renewal, you will begin to receive
a pop-up window when you download data advising you of how many days
you have remaining. This window will appear at 14 days from your renewal
date, if you have not renewed your subscription already.
You should also receive a renewal notice by email and/or regular mail
advising of the expiry, so please be sure to keep your contact details
up to date through the Members Area.
