One of the advanced features available within MarketScan allows you to search for the difference between varying fields.

This is a very useful way to identify equities where the growth of one year is greater than the growth experienced for the same field over multiple years. In the example below Earnings Growth represents the growth rate over the total period of 6 years, and the One Year represents the past 12 months reporting period.

You can apply this Difference Command to any fields where the information is represented in percentage form.
