you experience any technical problems with the Paritech Pulse
service, please email
pulsesupport@paritech.com.au
specifying:
• your Pulse login
• detailed description of the problem
• any steps taken to experience the problem
• how frequent the problem occurs
• whether the problem is reproducible
• the last time you experienced the problem
• the Pulse logfiles - these can be found by going to Help
and clicking Log Files
